Independent public records investigation
FlockOffProject.
Every Search Leaves a Trail.
Follow the records. Preserve the evidence. Hold surveillance accountable.
Our records library is temporarily offline.
We're restoring the infrastructure behind our public document library. Hosting contracts, audit logs, agency records, and original source files takes serious storage and resources.
Our mission continues: investigate automated license plate reader surveillance, document how systems are used and shared, and make the evidence accessible to the public.
Help keep the records public
Transparency takes resources.
Help us keep digging.
Your support helps pay records-request fees, preserve original documents, and keep the public library accessible. Every contribution helps us follow the next trail.
Payments are processed through PayPal. Contributions support independent research and public access to records.
